1. Introduction
Welcome to StreamCode. By using our website (streamcode.app), CLI, Web IDE, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
StreamCode provides an AI-powered, verification-driven software development agent. Our services include, but are not limited to, a command-line interface (CLI), a Web IDE (BrowserPod), and an enterprise-grade execution sandbox. We route requests to third-party AI models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.) via API keys you provide or through our managed infrastructure.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are entirely responsible for the code generated, executed, or deployed using StreamCode. You agree not to use the Services to:
- Generate or distribute malware, ransomware, or any code designed to compromise system security.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Bypass or exploit our sandbox environments (Firecracker/BrowserPod) maliciously.
- Engage in automated scraping, crypto-mining, or DDoS attacks using our cloud infrastructure.
4. API Keys and Billing
If you use your own API keys (BYOK) via the CLI, you are solely responsible for the billing and security of those keys. StreamCode is not liable for any API charges incurred by the autonomous agent. We strongly recommend setting hard billing limits with your LLM provider.
5. Zero-Training-Data & Intellectual Property
Your Code is Yours. StreamCode does not claim ownership of the code you generate. Furthermore, as part of our Zero-Training-Data commitment, NeuralStream Inc. will never use your private code, execution logs, or proprietary architecture to train foundational AI models.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. STREAMCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
